Billy Currington gave a stellar performance while performing live on the Lateshow with David Letterman on August 18th, 2009 and played his #1 hit "People Are Crazy".

In Dave's opening monologue he raved about the song while likening it to Michelangelo's painting "David" and said it was, "absolute perfection", "that it will be played on jukeboxes in bars for thousands of years", and pleaded with the audience to please stay to the end of the show before they ran out to buy Billy's newest album "Little Bit of Everything".
