 Billy Currington has done it AGAIN! This talented smooth singing singer/songwriter has the Midas Touch and everything he touches or should I say sings rockets to the number 1 spot on the Billboard charts.
His latest released single Let Me Down Easy from his 2010 album Enjoy Yourself just reached the #1 spot on the music charts. This is this is all on the heels of his previously released single Pretty Good at Drinkin' Beer, off the same album, reaching the #1 spot on the Billboard charts.
This recent achievement puts Billy at an amazing four number 1 singles in a row. The other two are the rockin'That's How Country Boys Roll and the addictive People Are Crazy, which tends to get stuck in a person's head and has you singing along in no time. Not to mention the latter took a couple of different genres by storm. They are both from his previously released 2008 album Little Bit of Everything.
He also has 2 other number 1 singles under his ever widening belt of successes! His 2nd album Doin' Somethin' Right generated his first #1 with him crooning us with his signature velvet smooth voice Must Be Doin' Somethin' Right and his 2nd #1 is his toe-tapping feel good song Good Directions.
Overall, Billy Currington now stands at an astounding SIX #1 singles and I look forward to seeing what he has in store for us fans next. I feel that he has only scratched the surface of his potential and will continue to roll out more number 1 hits as fast as he can release them.
